To sustain and enhance Jewish Life at Home and Around the World.

Who We Are

Inspired and guided by our tradition of tzedakah (righteousness/charity) and tikkun olam (repairing the world), Women’s Philanthropy is dedicated to the continuity, connectivity and thriving future of the Jewish people.

Women’s Philanthropy is part of the Kansas City Jewish Federation, raising over 25 percent of the total Federation Campaign dollars each year. These funds go to support over 70 critical programs in Kansas City and around the world.

Whether your interests lie in fundraising, leadership development or community involvement, Women’s Philanthropy presents an opportunity for all women to affirm their Jewish identity and spirituality, to be proactive in evolving issues of concern to contemporary Jewish women, to engage new participants and leaders in our community, and to inspire other Jewish women by example.

Women’s Philanthropy offers innovative events and programs, including Lion of Judah, community service opportunities, B’not Kehilla Give and a variety of other programs and projects of interest to women in Kansas City.

The future of the Jewish community is inextricably linked to the power of Women’s Philanthropy. We invite you to get involved.
